If you fail to show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
In case of flight cancellations, severe weather, or other force majeure events, we offer full refunds regardless of the cancellation timing. Please provide documentation (e.g., flight cancellation notice).
