Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking with Chinawheely（之二虫®）. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chinawheely's website, booking system, or private car services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Chinawheely," "we," "us," or "our": Wuhan City Zhierchong Culture & Tourism Co., Ltd., operating as Chinawheely / 之二虫®
• "You" or "user": the person booking or using our services
• "Services": private car transportation, airport transfers, city charters, intercity trips, and related services
• "Driver": the licensed, professional driver assigned to your booking

3. Services Description

Chinawheely provides private car services for international travelers in China, including:

• Airport pickups and drop-offs
• City car service (hourly or daily)
• Intercity transfers between cities
• Corporate travel and event transportation
• Custom tour transportation

All services are provided by licensed drivers and insured vehicles. We do not operate public transportation or shared-ride services.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after we send you a written confirmation, usually via email or WhatsApp. Verbal quotes are not binding.

4.2 Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. All quoted prices include tolls, parking fees, and driver fees for the specified route. Additional stops, waiting time beyond the included limit, or route changes may incur extra charges.

4.3 Payment: We accept PayPal, Alipay, and major credit cards processed through these providers. Full payment is generally required before service commencement. For corporate accounts, payment terms may be agreed separately.

4.4 Currencies: While prices are displayed in USD, we also accept CNY and EUR in some cases. Currency conversion is based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: no refund
• No-show: no refund

Force Majeure: In the event of flight cancellations, severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we offer full refunds or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation timing, provided reasonable documentation is provided.

Rescheduling: Same-day rescheduling is allowed if you contact us at least 4 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.

6. User Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information, including flight numbers, pickup locations, and contact details
• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Notify us of any delays or changes as early as possible
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle
• Be responsible for your personal belongings and luggage

7. Driver and Vehicle Standards

We work with licensed, professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles. Vehicle types are provided based on availability and the category selected. While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle model, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chinawheely's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, lost profits, or travel disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, customs, or other events outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to adjust accordingly.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, severe weather, or transportation infrastructure failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Chinawheely or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., ChinaWiFiGo, VIPChinaGuide, MediEscortChina). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wuhan City, Hubei Province.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
